Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026
This policy explains what information Aureate Health, LLC ("Aureate," "we") collects on this website before our launch, and how we use it. Aureate does not currently provide medical services, and this website does not collect health information.
What we collect
- Waitlist details: your email address and the state you live in.
- Technical data: standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages visited) used to keep the site secure and working.
Please don't send us health information through this website or by email before launch.
How we use it
We use your email and state only to tell you about our launch and when Aureate becomes available in your state, and to understand where demand is so we can plan our launch.
Who we share it with
We use an email service provider to store the waitlist and send launch emails. That provider processes your information on our behalf. We do not sell your information or share it with other businesses for their own marketing.
Your choices
- Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
- You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing hello@aureatehealth.com.
Retention
We keep waitlist details until you unsubscribe, ask us to delete them, or we no longer need them for launch communications.
Children
This website is intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
When we launch our services, we will publish an updated privacy policy and a Notice of Privacy Practices covering how health information is handled. We will post any changes here and update the date above.
