Content on this website is for general information only. It is not medical advice, and using this site does not create a clinician-patient relationship. Aureate does not currently provide medical services. If you have a medical concern, contact your doctor. In an emergency, call 911.

Future services

When we launch, medical services will be provided by independent, licensed clinicians. Availability will vary by state, and treatment will be prescribed only when a clinician determines it is appropriate. Services will be subject to separate terms presented at signup.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this website or join the waitlist.

The Aureate name, logo, design and content on this site belong to Aureate Health, LLC. Please don't copy or reuse them without permission.
